Immersive Storytelling Team 16: Check for Monster

Dan has always considered himself to be a good dad.  After Clara left Dan alone with their 8 year old son, Timmy, Dan had thrown himself into his work. Luckily business  was good but that also means he has less and less time with Timmy.

Timmy used to complain and ask Dan to stay but these past few weeks Timmy suddenly seems happier if not a bit spacey and distracted… and Dan swears he can hear Timmy talking in his room long past bedtime but that’s normal for a kid his age right?  Dan was tucking Timmy in like any other night when he asks, strangely adamant, for Dan to check for monsters. Confused but willing Dan looks around humorously but the closer Dan looks the more he realizes just how long its been since he’s been in here. The room seems strangely empty despite the colorful toys and Dan keeps finding these strange clues that that don’t seem quite right… and he can’t help but feel as if there are an extra pair of eyes watching him tonight...
